The article is written by a teacher outlining some of the new 'digital' applications that are popular amongst children today, such as MySpace, youtube etc. He is not providing an arguments for or against altering teaching methods, and he sees both positive and negative sides to both. However one thing I disagree with is when the author describes these programs as things that 'currently mark the digital world in which our students exist.'
This, as with many other articles, is a generalisation, particularly because many websites (myspace etc) have age limits, meaning it's not possible for the younger generations to use them. Other sites such as youtube also are not limited to young people, it contains users from every age group, all nationalities, all walks of life. The author seems to try and apply the use of the internet to 'students', and seems to disregard the fact that their parents my be users of these programs as well.
As the journal exists in print, it is not necessary to quote the url (which isn't public access anyway). However, otherwise the bibliographic details are fine -except for the missing publisher and place of publication.
